"Disappointing. Has always been very noisy and inside 10 months we have had engineers out 3 times as fridge hasn't been working. Bought Hotpoint as a good manufacturer and not had issues with other products but I would not buy this model again and may not consider a Hotpoint in future."
"The fridgefreezer, arrived damaged. 3 scratches on the front of the fridge door, the longest scratch was 9 inches, the other two were shorter. I was told that because I had plugged it into the socket, they could not change it. I was offered £20 plus a £30 voucher to spend ony next appliance. I rejected this offer, as this damage is in plain sight. In the end I had a £85 refund. I would have preferred to have a new appliance. But was told that this was impossible as I had plugged it in."

"The fridge has an amazing capacity and can easily fit a weeks groceries for a large family. The wine rack provides additional storage and allows the shelf to be free for other items. This fridge should come with a warning for those sensitive to flashing lights as when the door is left open, the lights flash as the alarm sounds. The door is quite light so we behave to make sure it is fully closed.
The freezer has a handy open shelf which makes it easier to store things like ice cream and make ice cubes. The freezer itself is smaller than the fridge but works for a weekly shop. The fridge also has a 0 degree meat section meaning I have more freezer space as meat for the week can go in the fridge.
I am small 5'5" so find the height of the fridge a challenge, I can't put things right at the back of the top shelf but it is good for bread which I can pull out easily.
I have the fridge 4 stars due to the flashing light and door weight but all in all it is an amazing fridge freezer and suits our family needs.

"Very impressed with this product. The fridge section is larger which is ideal for a family. There is two big, full width drawers which helps to organise the fridge and I can fit a lot of fruit and veg in. There are more shelves, although this means a smaller space between them which can be annoying to fit in larger items. However shelves could be removed. The freezer is smaller but ideal for our use, still with 3 compartments. Overall a great product that looks smart."
