"A great looking fridge freezer finished in stainless steel. The led lighting is nice and bright and gives lighting on all selves, nice digital control on the front. The 3 drawers in the freezer are nice and big and has given us more space than our old 4 draw freezer. "

"Looks the part and is big, holds a lot of stuff..
Thats the good stuff out of the way.......
If you put veg in the lower fridge compartment it will freeze. Manual says this may happen if the fridge area is set below 4C, it was still doing it at 6C, I don't want a fridge any warmer than that, so its next to useless for most of the stuff you'd want to put in those pull out drawers.
Worst of all however is the noise. There is some internal fan which is really noisy, every so often it starts up, "clack clack clack" ! Its much louder than the quoted 39db. I recorded it at 60db, which if you understand db you will know thats about 48 times louder ! Clack clack clack..!!!. AO said I should contact the manufacturer. Hotpoint were at best belligerent saying this was normal, they finally offered to get a service rep out to investigate, but that I would have to pay call out if they deemed it reasonable. Eventually I managed to get an email address to send them a sound recording. They wrote back saying this was normal and probably ice melting (??) Problem is I can't get the unit to reliably make this damn noise, so if I get a rep out I’ll probably wind up paying for his call out. So stuck with a horribly noisy fridge which I'm deeply unhappy about.

"We have purchased two of these now. We moved house and left the other one behind in December we got in April for the new occupiers. As soon as we got in the new home we ordered the exact same fridge freezer.
It’s roomy, even though only a 60cm width. Drawers are well spaced and the cheese drawers really help. Looks good in any surrounding and the digital display gives a little bit of light at nighttime when going into a dark kitchen."

"Really good. Nice big fridge, plenty of room for a family of four and a decent size freezer. Love all the space in the fridge door, much more fridge space than in our previous Hotpoint fridge freezer. Top shelf of fridge is very high though so might not be that great if you're not that tall. I'm 5 foot 7 and I find the highest shelf is only good for things like pizza boxes as it can be difficult to reach. Bought this after our previous Hotpoint went wrong after 13 years so hoping this one will last as long. "
