I thought this was a gimmick at first but it is actually quite useful! The capacity of both the fridge and freezer is great for a family. It’s a nice looking appliance to! "

"We were a little skeptical ordering an American FridgeFreezer for the house after looking inside them in stores and wondering how much space it would give us. Those worries were put to rest within 10 minutes of filling it from our old FridgeFreezer which was full to bursting with chilled and frozen goods. It's HUGE! The fridge has a sturdy and premium feel, from the secure door compartments for bottles, to the interior glass shelving. Everything is well-lit and opening the doors gives a feeling of a display cabinet for your food - it definitely encourages us to keep sections tidy and organised.
We have found the smaller 'Instaview' fridge door to be useful on a daily basis to easily access cold drinks, milk and table sauces. I think we have halved the number of times we need to open the full door up to grab smaller items. The access also encourages us to have chilled cans and water bottles always on-hand, which is much nicer than having a tepid soft-drink. This is of-course accentuated with the instant filtered water and ice machine. Having this 'on-tap' has genuinely changed how much water I consume. Working from home has become that much more enjoyable and stops me reaching for too many fizzy drinks or coffees!
Turning to look at the freezer, the shelves in the top allow much more storage then they seem, while the lower drawers are perfect for containing all the bags of frozen vegetables and shaped potato-products you could need. Even the door shelving is great for easy ice-cream access and stops them getting squashed underneath heavier products or forgotten about! In conclusion, this FridgeFreezer has improved my daily routine and increased my water intake, and I don't think you could ask for more than that from a product"

on delivery there was no damage to the appliance. The appliance was too big to go through my door but the appliance doors were easily removed to allow for transportation into my kitchen. when we placed the fridge freezers into position we found the the doors won't fully open if there is no space next to the doors, so this appliance is unable to fit snug in a corner. there is 2 doors each containing lots of shelves, and in the fridge section there is many individual drawers and compartments for different food types, and it even has a freshness lock. There is a water/ ice cube and crushed ice dispenser on the front of the freezer door. overall the quality of this problem is superb and there is so much storage. i will be definitely recommending this to product "
"This American fridge freezer has lot of positive features that were v attractive for us. The first thing we liked about this was its energy efficiency. It is A++ rated and this is v good for a fridge freezer this size. Its quoted annual energy consumption is 376 KWh and is frost free. I love that it is Wifi connected too - for the users who are tech savvy this means you can download the app and see how its working, register it automatically, access troubleshooting menu and monitor the temperatures of fridge and freezer. The best option this has is the Door in Door. This means you can open the door only by knocking twice on the front panel lit and get the items you need without opening all door and losing the temperature by letting in heat each time. The other cool feature is the ice/ cold water/ slushed ice. It runs very smoothly and is quiet too. It was a bit confusing where best to store the meat/fish in the freezer. In the instruction manual, it shows the top freezer shelves are best for the storage of meat, fish and ice cream. However looking at the bottom drawers in the freezer (see pic) these are labelled "Freezing zone - fish and meat". This appliance also has two dedicated drawers in the fridge designed to keep your fruit and vegetables fresh for longer. These are shown in attached pics. The fridge freezer will indicate a door is not shut properly by ringing an alarm"
"We were looking for a new fridge freezer to replace our old inefficient appliances so we were delighted to be chosen for this campaign. We bought the LG GSX960MCCZ American fridge freezer. This is an impressive appliance and is massive. I would recommend any interested buyers check with the seller (AO in our case) how big the package is - we measured the space we had in our utillity room but didnt think of measuring the door as when it arrives packaged it is much bigger. Consequently we removed the outer packaging and front door of the appliance so it could fit. The first thing we liked about this was its energy efficiency. So we put our milk, yoghurt and butter there so in the morning eg we only get those items out without opening all the door. The other cool feature is the ice/ cold water/ slushed ice. This was easy to connect with plumbing. It means we have an on demand supply of ice and cold water - this will probably be used more in the warmer months. The negative of this is the size of the unit ..in order to make the ice one sacrifices the freezer space behind it. SO there are less shelves due to this. I did find the freezer volume slightly less than my old freezer in fact. The fridge volume on the other hand is huge. It runs very smoothly and is quiet too. I recommend it overall - it is a fantastic fridge - freezer. "
