"Don't hesitate, just buy this fridge. Loads of space in both sections with nice little touches that make it feel ultra premium (WiFi connected, customisable crisper draw etc) The door in door may seem like a gimmick to some but it was the reason we chose this model over others. We use it multiple times a day and the instaview feature gives you an at a glance look at what's inside without having to open the door which helps keep the energy usage low. AO customer service & delivery guys were A+, wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again."
"Product is excellent. Especially the easy access door. The reason for the 3 stars is that when it was delivered the packaging had been damaged which resulted in a big dent in one of the doors.
AO have been helpful by contacting LG, we are currently waiting for someone in LG to contact us about resolving the issue.

"The appliance is great. Very spacious inside with smart functions and appearance. The door in door is a great feature and is used much more than I thought it would be. It isn’t just a gimmick. Only downside is that the quality control is a bit lacking. There was a small dent in the freezer door and the pure and fresh cover inside the fridge was scratched. This hasn’t happened either on build or before packaging as that was pristine. "
"I was looking for capacity and quality when deciding on which fridge freezer to buy. This one makes great use of the space and is solidly built. Like others, I thought that the knock knock window was just a gimmick but it is really useful in finding what you’re looking for before you open the door. I love the colour. It really makes a statement.
There are a couple of issue: the fridge door swings open 180 degrees and often hits my adjacent cupboards if I forget to keep hold of the door. Slightly annoying. Secondly, the WiFi connectivity is just there because that’s what brands are doing now. As far as I can see, it serves no purpose and LG make little reference to it. Overall recommended. "
