"This fridge/freezer does exactly what it says on the tin. A great size, with plenty of room for all your regular shopping and great lighting on the inside to clearly see all your groceries. The design is very sleek (as can be for a huge american style fridge/freezer) and the matte black colour looks nice. The ice machine works well, although the 6 cube tray rather than the 10 cube tray of our previous model means it does take a little longer for the ice box to fill up. The wifi function is a 'modern' touch but in my eyes unnecessary as you would very rarely need to change the fridge temperature when you are not at home! All in all, this is a good fridge/freezer which would be a massive upgrade for anyone who has not owned an american-style before. However, this doesn't improve massively over the previous LG model we had for 15 years before and probably would not be worth the full price .
As a side point, although it was packaged very well for delivery, it did come with a dent at the bottom of the fridge door. It is not immediately noticeable and with the trouble I had receiving my item, I did not want to send it back and risk not receiving another one. "
"This is a great looking fridge and goes well with the rest of the appliances in the kitchen. Was exactly what we were looking for when we bought it. It has amazing capacity and is so bright inside so we can see where everything is in the fridge and freezer. The water dispenser is really convenient and pours really quickly. I was a little surprised that the water filter is not inside the fridge, but has to be kept outside of the unit. Some of the downsides are that the water dispenser does not have a drip tray to catch any spills and this is made a worse by the water dispenser dripping after you've used it. Also, the handles are at the bottom of the drawers inside which is a little unusual and takes some getting used to. Overall I'd give it a 4 out of 5, great appliance and build quality seems really good. Some minor improvements and it will be a 5 out of 5! "
"This fridge is amazing it is so quiet you don't even know it's on and the amount of space you have is unreal! Even with filling it for Christmas we still had loads of room in there! I love how it's so quiet and frost free and the draws are so deep and all the compartments. I love this fridge! Its a lot deeper than my old fridge so is going to take me forever to fill it I would 10000% recommend this so someone else! "
"We've gone from a 30/70 split Fridge Freezer to this American Fridge Freezer, and I've been wowed since the moment it arrived.
It was packaged extremely well ensuring it was in condition perfect upon delivery. Installation was super easy, comes with spanners to adjust the feet, plenty of water hose , connections and filter for the water and ice dispensing system.
We previously had a built in tank which needed filling up manually and I normally found the kids had drunk all the water and not refilled by the time I wanted a drink. So having a plumbed in system for me is a blessing, no more disappointing tap water when I want a drink.
The control panel is very simple and easy to use from selecting temperature of fridge and freezer or choosing between ice, crushed or cubed and water.
There is plenty of space inside, and clever draws that open up from the top when you pull them out if a neat way of storing as well as showing a bit of class and luxury.
We had ours arrive just before Christmas and it happily stored all of our Christmas food and drink, for a family of 5 plus 3 guests. It was also the talk of Christmas as everyone loved how great it looked and how functional it is.
Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
