"Ordered this product with the installation option included, turned up and they wouldn't install it because I had an integrated system, even though the new washer was to be installed to the side freestanding. The delivery team said it's okay, there's another team that can do this installation, I called through to customer support on AO and they informed me that they only offer the installation on like for like and wouldn't offer me any installation service, ridiculous. "
