"This is my second LG washing machine which in spite of living in a hard water area and if I'm honest not really doing much to stop scale in the first few years lasted over 10 years.
Had to get this one due to the part I needed being hard to get and I needed my machine. I'm now sort of glad as I love the extra features on it especially the LG thin Q app. Whilst have remote access isn't life changing it is handy to know when I'm out when it's due to finish so I can make sure I'm back (I really hate leaving washing in the machine) to unload. Also nice to have extra downloadable programmes although you can only have 1 at a time.
Lots of reviews said about long programme with the cheaper models which is why I upgraded my choice to this one as it has the turbowash which is available on most washes.
There's one thing I miss from my old model and that is the” favourites” button. I really only ever used about 3 programmes on my old machine plus my own combination programmed to It. It would be good if there was an option to make my own wash in the app to download. Still there are so many options I think I may try to actually use a few more this time.
Removing and cleaning the drawer is easy although feels a little stiffer to remove than my old one but that could be because it's new.
All in all I love my new machine as much as I did my first LG and would recommend it whole heartedly. Really hope this one lasts as long as my first. Maybe even longer as this time I will do more maintenance (use softener and tub clean function) to keep it as good as new.

"Probably a great machine but CHECK WHERE YOU WILL BE INSTALLING IT BEFORE BUYING! From 1st use ours shook violently and made a lot of noise on fast spin. LG sent an engineer out who looked it over and stated the issue was the floor - timber floor on joists that rest on a concrete base. Apparently it is only suitable for concrete floors not floorboards due to the inverter drive meaning the washing machine weight is not centralised which amplifies any movement of the floorboards. At no point was this made clear when ordering and I would not have ordered this machine had I known. Probably a great machine apart from this issue."
