"Really quiet machine that is very efficient. We love the weigh and calculate feature because our loads vary considerably. We've not tried to WiFi feature and can't say how well it will last but I know LG have a good reputation with customer service. "

"Early experience with this machine is very positive. It does the job well. We bought it to replace a Samsung that was noisy and unstable when spinning - so it shook badly and ultimately did not spin as well as it should. Finally the spin function stopped working altogether, so we looked for a new machine. This one spins brilliantly. There is vibration, but well under control, and quiet (more noise from the motor as it gets up to the full 1400rpm. Clothes come out better spun and drier than with our old Samsung. So, so far so good, LG. I don't give 5 stars unless the item or service in question is something special, and at the moment I think this machine is realy good - 4 stars well deserved."
