"I have only had this machine for one week! So far it is very good. It does make clunkling noises when it first starts which alarms you at first but you soon get used to it. The adverised 14 minute quick wash is based on a cold water wash but it only adds a few minutes if you do a 40 deg wash.
As yet my clothes have come out brilliantly clean compared with my old machine which was nearly 13 years old. With my old machine I was having to do 2 or 3 complete rinse cycles which took 50 mins each to get rid of the suds. No problem with this machine, not even had to use an extra rinse. So we should save on water and energy. It spins very well and the whole cycle is oh so quiet!! You can use spin on it's own but I don't think you can do any rinses on their own. I will miss that because I wash things by hand and use a rinse & spin cycle to finish them off. One thing I think is great but not used it yet is the filter drain. It drains through a tube into a bowl. All my previous machines you had to drain into something but the drain was so near the ground there was no way you could get the water into a bowl! It ended up all over the floor! A great machine by a great manufacturer! Thank you AO & LG!"

"This was an upgrade from an old washer/dryer combo that was beyond its best. I decided to forgo the dryer go with a washer only with a larger capacity washing machine and I am so glad that I did. The machine works brilliantly and the extra capacity means that I am able to fit more in therefore reducing the number of washing loads I have to do. It is super quiet, even on maximum spin and I love how many washing programmes it has (you can download more onto the app too). The wifi and app connection weren't a huge selling point for me however they are an added bonus and I do like how you get a phone notification when a cycle is done. All in all I think this machine is great value for money and I am very happy with my purchase. "
