"The drum is nice and big, and very quiet when the drum is spinning, although can be a little noisy when filling with water but doesn't last long.
You need to download the 'LG ThinQ' app on your phone just to ba able carry out a simple 'rinse and spin' cycle, as this is not an option on the front dial on the machine.
There are other wash cycles available on the app that are not available for selection on the front dial which are useful, it's just a pitty that the app is required but then again the front dial does not have enough space for all the wash cycles available.
The app also let's you pause/start and know how long a cycle has to go and when your cycle has finished and can be emptied, information that is also shown on the screen on the front of the machine.
We have never had problems/issues with items washed with the machine, and always come out clean and smelling good."

Having researched the different models I chose this one to replace the old one.
It's very efficient and quiet.
