The washer programmes are easy to understand and is much quieter than our previous machine.
Though we previously had a 7Kg washer, the 8Kg replacement has proven very satisfactory.
The clothes tend to tangle less, due to the design of the drum."

"i like l g products, but was disappointed to find that a wash took over 3 hours. however i discovered that a mixed fabric wash was about 1.5 hours, similar to my previous machine so i am happy again."

"I bought this machine as an emergency replcement for a 10 year old one that died in spectacular fashion in the middle of its final spin ! Decided I wanted a similar model to the deceased and this was recommended. Love it, it is larger and easier to use and has a "lost sock" feature that I have already used! Only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is that its cycles are so long. Even ignoring the ridiculous "Eco" one, they are mainly 2-3 hours, athough there is a 15 minure "sweaty" wash which is useful. It also seems to be particularly sensitive to balance and doesn't like towels all that much. However, all in all I am very pleased with is and the excellent service I received from AO."
"This LG washing machine is great ( our second LG one; the first one lasted 10 years)! Being a direct drive motor it is very quiet and simple to use. However, the quick wash on this machine is only 14 minutes and could be a bit longer say 30 minutes in order to wash the items thoroughly.
The detergent drawer has only a small part to put in the softener which is a bit awkward. These are only small quibbles and otherwise it is a good washing machine."
