"Advertised as a 10.5kg washer with turbo wash.
Fact check . Only 2 modes support 10.5kg and both take 2 hours and can’t do a 30 degree wash. These are eco and cotton programmes.
Most modes only support half load .
To make it worse the downloadable programmes don’t state the maximum weight allows for that programme.
There is not cycle editor if you want to customise a setting on the download option.

"So far so good (only 1 week in). I don’t think I’ve got it balanced quite right just yet, even so it’s so much quieter than my previous machine. Fast cycles. Nothing not to like so far. "
"This is a direct replacement for machine purchased back in Oct 2021. Hopefully the previous machine just had a glitch as after 4 months the on/off switch just gave up! LG were great as there was nearly a 6 week lead time to get an engineer to visit. Therefore they allowed us a replacement with in 48 hours from AO. Overall all the machine is excellent and can hardly notice when it’s in use!!"
