"Our machine arrived on time, is exactly as described & is functioning perfectly, the larger capacity from our previous machines 9kg load is very noticeable. Operation & controls are straight forward, also programmes are easy to navigate. The wifi feature can be slightly difficult to set up but achievable with patience, though time will tell if it is a useful feature....at the end of the day it's a washing machine. The 'quick wash' programme lasting 14mins is very useful & one which I suspect we will use most due to current energy costs. The machine operates very quietly through each of its cycles, noting that ours is in the attached garage, but it generates less noise than a normal dishwasher. At the time of our purchase, there is also a free 5 year warranty upgrade with this machine, available via the LG online registration process so be sure to check if still available"
