"I am such a fan of LG washing machines. This machine takes a big load, super washing, super quiet and has A-rating. Loads of programmes to cover all of your laundry needs. I particularly like the choice of spin speeds and temperature controls if you want to use them and the steam option . I had my last LG machine for ten years - hoping this will be as good! "

"Looks sleek. Easy to use. Deliberately went for an appliance with 1600 spin speed but disappointed it doesn’t have a 1400 spin - goes from 1200 to 1600. Linked it up with app on phone. Useful sometimes to know when finished but largely a gimmick as you can hear the tune if you’re in the house. Can’t set it to start at a particular time but can do delayed start - minimum delay is 3 hours though which was too long - I wanted it to start when I was on the school run to finish at a particular time. Tried to start it remotely but had no data coverage and then the washer had switched itself off so wasn’t on Wi-Fi! "

"Have been using now for 10 days and have had little to fault with the machine. Runs quietly and informs via app or in kitchen of run time and when complete.
Have only one issue with regards to drainage, tends to be at high volume/speed so it overwhelms the outside drain which leads to some over-spill to the garden patio. A method to adjust this would be very helpful."
