"Quick delivery, however the inside plate on the wall where the magnet is, had a hole in it. Took many phone calls with AO then Samsung, I had to jump through so many hoops just to get an engineer to come out. The engineer came out says it’s needed a part and I had to wait. All the meantime I couldn’t use the microwave I’ve just paid £162 for. Tried to reach out to AO to explain I’m not overly happy but they weren’t interested. I’ve had it a while now and waiting for the part so I’ve not used it. The microwave is a good size and looks nice. Only other comment I can make is the door seems a bit flimsy. "
