"What with COVID and lockdown, getting this fridge delivered has been a highlight of the week! Possibly the month!
I am so far, having had this just over a week, pleased I changed my poor old, broken and sad fridge for this beautiful new and clean Bosch. The lighting is so much better in a modern fridge. Crisp, clear and bright - throughout the whole fridge! Not just around the shelf by which the bulb is installed!
The small drawer unit that hangs under a shelf is great for those tubes of tomato puree and sachets of soy sauce that usually get lost!
The glass shelves are easy to move. The door holds plenty of items.
I can set the temperature from 2-8 degrees which makes sense rather than a setting number.
I love this fridge! Maybe I am being over enthusiastic in a time when life has taken a pause - but in all honesty, this is a nice fridge and wasn't budget busting. I would certainly recommend. "
"The Bosch fridge is disappointing. I chose this model because it was advertised as A++ rated, meaning it was very energy efficient but when it arrived it came with a label that said it was only F rated. I called Bosch and they told me the ratings have changed recently. F is the new A++! Confusing or what? Apparently it's an EU thing, even though we're not in the EU any more and this model is made specifically for the UK with a UK 13A plug attached.
The fridge comes with a useless wine rack. The handbook show a wine rack for 4 bottles which fits under any of the shelves spanning from side to side of the fridge. This is perfect as it provides storage of 4 bottles of wine without consuming any shelf space. The wine rack supplied is for only 3 bottles and has to sit on top of a shelf, thus taking up valuable space. Again I asked Bosch how I could get a 4 bottle rack as shown but they unhelpfully told me the handbook is generic and the 4 bottle rack is not available.
On the whole I'm disappointed with Bosch, but great delivery service from AO.
