"Pleased with the fridge freezer overall and very happy it is frost free unlike my old one. Very quiet running and pleased with the door alarm. Plenty of space on the shelves and door shelves. However the glass used seems a bit flimsy and would have preferred them to be edged all the way round and not just the fronts. Changing the door hinges was not the easiest of tasks considering the size of the item as it had to be tipped almost horizontal to carry out the procedure. "
"Door shelves need to be deeper and sturdier. Freezer door has a strange catch which needs a strong push to close. Like the pull out top shelf in freezer. Fridge has no dairy section. Does the job and had a 2 year free warranty! "
"We've had this fridge freezer for 6 weeks now. VERY disappointed!! The fridge door doesn't shut properly! Constantly having to push the fridge door closed to check whether it's sealed tight to the frame - only to feel the fridge door spring back slightly (poor build quality). The door is not square to the frame and thus not leaving a tight seal when closed... and there is nothing inside the fridge pushing the door back - we check it constantly. It's NOISY. It 'hums/buzzes' much louder than our previous Bosch fridge freezer. We have tolerated the noise level...but we really shouldn't have to. The thing that pushed us over the edge was the fact that the beeping (to indicate the door is open) is now constantly on, despite the fridge door being closed! Grrr!!! IT'S GOING BACK. Bosch used to be a brand of high quality. Sadly, this is not the case any more. "
