"The appliance itself is fine. I knocked off one star because the information guide was for a different model. Importantly, the operating features were entirely different and the text was either very badly written or badly translated from another language, so did not make sense. So you have to work out how the thing is set up for yourself, not too difficult, but unnecessary."

"Excellent product with plenty of space. We replaced our existing upright freezer with this and have much more space. The only downside was a slight dint in the side, not visible through the packaging, but this is not a problem with the freezer. Easy to remove the trays and shelves. Comes with 1p gear parts guarantee. "
