"The cooler itself is performing adequately and more or less as expected. It appears however that the thermostat works by approximation and not by accuracy! In addition it arrived without the plastic container, placed at the back of the top shelf according to the manual, for the internal humidity. I have been sending emails to Amica for the last two weeks to send me the plastic container but they stubbornly refuse to reply although the advise that they will reply within 5 working days. If on the other hand you think that they will answer the dedicated customer telephone line then you are again mistaken! "

"The wine cooler is great. It takes normal sizes only, so no champagne or Prosecco bottles. Easy to set the correct height owing ro adjustable feet and the door can be hung on either side, parts to do this are included. It has a blue light to it which looks lovely. Very pleased."
