"Good machine, not fantastic at drying but ok and looks neat and tidy with easy to understand instructions. The not so good drying doesn’t put me off the overall product. However, not impressed with Hotpoint customer service, 2 phone calls (totally unhelpful) and 2 emails later and still no response regarding the Free Ariel promised if you buy the washer dryer, off to try and make contact YET AGAIN ??"
