"A good machine though very slow. The wash/dry facility takes a minimum of four hours which is very inconvenient when you cannot put it on at night or if you are going out as there would be safety concerns. The first time I used it, the clothes were still very damp though it may have been overloaded."

"It does everything it says in the advert. It could do with a better on-line manual, the one Hotpoint offers is a copy of the 4 page one you get with the machine. It took sometime to work out some of the functions but now it's a breeze and more efficient to run.
