"have found this machine completely satisfactory in all ways. Washing times similar to our previous hotpoint eg. Mix colours setting at 1h 50m ( drying excluded) gives good overall result. Most programmes can be time reduced with time saver button. Eco setting is longer but uses less electricity and water, also time adjusts to load. Only used dryer once for a short run as line dry, ok similar to previous machine. Settings seem a lot less complicated than other models in the range. This machine quieter than our other one. Pleased with purchase. Only downside was delivery men took away stabilising brackets!"

"Pile of junk, waste of money. Shortest wash takes 90 mins. Average wash 9 hrs, clothes still come out damp. Done a quick wash and dry just a couple of T shirts put them on dry for 90 mins still came out damp. Baugt this contraption to replace one I had for eight years thinking I would get the same quality- nope. Contacted whirlpool for advice, waste of time. Buy this washer damper at your peril. "
