"Perfect drum size for a family of four with two toddlers. 1600 spin cycle is a big bonus. Weber gone from filling one drying rack at a time to two. Major life hack! Machine is surprisingly quiet as well. AO delivery service was spot on."
"Not as good as our previous Hotpoints. No easy way to add rinses which is something needed if you're at all allergic to washing powder. Doesn't confirm the program to you when you start it - if you choose a program & wind the temp down, you're never sure if it has actually accepted it - its easy to accidently change the program! The previous machine confirmed the settings after you pressed start - this one doesn't)
Control knob sticks out & is easy to damage (old one had nice flush clickable buttons). Hard to see what the program knob is lined up to unless you bend down to look closely. Don't like the cheap painted chrome effect on the edge of the door.
Load size is good. Washes down soap well from dispenser. Quieter but shook a lot when first used - got better when I adjusted the feet. Overall, it's OK but its a shame because it could easily be so much better."
