"A wonderful machine as always, Hotpoint does not disappoint, strange startup sound, but overall it does what it's built to do. Not amazingly quiet or anything mind-blowing - just hope the drum bearings can be replaced "

"Great machine works a treat and is amazing at cleaning at low temperatures, my only slight gripe is that the buttons are very sensitive if u lean over your side, that’s partly our fault for the location, it’s a first rate reliable machine that will do u proud for a long time, excellent service with AO as usual. Very happy customer. "
