"i like the machine it washes great but i dont like the time it takes on a cotton, eco wash or the stain wash,3/12 hours is far far to long for any wash,if the details had specified this i would not have purchased.the 45 minute wash should include a 60% wash not only go to a 40,the other thing is it ought to give a full spin after every wash not just the long ones,people do not have time to keep putting it on a spin and drain for 10 minutes after every wash.i am retired now but its still inconvenient for me, what is it like for a busy mum. hotpoint can do a lot better. "
