If you put a full load in, the spin is noisy.
The 30 minute wash is not meant for a full load, half load only which is disappointing.
The spin that's part of the program is only 12000 spin, you have to spin it again on a separate program at the end to do 14000.
The product says A+++ rating, but the rating card that came with the washing machine said E???
I'm just hoping it lasts for at least 7-8 years like my old washing machine.
