"Purchased this machine as a replacement for a previous hotpoint, which had done many years service in a small B&B. Didn't want to spend the earth so this machine on a Black Friday deal hit the mark perfectly.
Looks smart, and felt very familiar having had the brand previously. For use in the B&B, the speed of washes was a key factor, the last machine had a 60 degree hour long cycle which is what we used the most. This machine does a 45 minute cycle, but only at 40 degrees. Which is sufficent for what we need, but I'd have preferred to have a hotter temperature option (one star deducted).
Machine is quiet (like the last one) and was easy to install. Overall, good quality for the price paid.
This is not reflected in the rating above, but service from AO fell a little short for me. I had a call from AO after the machine had been delivered and a very polite young man checked that everything was ok with the product and started a sales pitch for additional breakdown insurance - all good so far, and I don't blame them for trying to sell me an additional product. However, as soon as the call handler realised I had made the purchase for a business, the call was terminated (presumably because it was a domestic insurance policy being sold). It would have taken less than 30 seconds to confirm I couldnt have the product as a business and say goodbye. Very dissapointing end to what was otherwise a good buying experence. "
"Want a wonderful washing machine my wife loves it and even i love it I've had washing machine in the past but not like this one. I work on a construction site and our clothes get really dirty i washed my work clothes and OMG 5 stars all the way. I recommend this to all. "
