"Delighted with this washing machine. The large door makes it far easier to load and unload the washing especially when washing bedding, It is a quiet machine and stable meaning it does not 'walk across the floor' when the spin cycle is used.
Every item I have washed, bedding, a large throw, coloured and white washes has come out pristine with no need for another wash.
The design of the soap dispenser is excellent making it far easier to fill the soap powder and conditioner sections and makes cleaning it an easy task too.
All in all a good buy"

"Had to replace a Panasonic washer as the pump had gone and I opted to buy a much cheaper one so went for this hotpoint. BIG MISTAKE!! You really do get what you pay for as this machine reflects the price I paid and it really is the worst machine I have EVER owned ??. Firstly the machine itself looks great and the 45 minute wash is the only one I would use as the other programs are far too long 2 to 3 hours!. When the cycle has finished the clothes are generally clean but are sopping wet . I have to re spin on every wash which is an additional 10 minutes and with towels/bedding I have to double spin so an extra 20 minutes and a lot of inconvenience! I am now considering getting my Panasonic repaired and getting rid of this poor excuse of a machine. Would I recommend it definitely not and I only wish I could send it back but will put it down to experience and see if i can recoup a little of the money. Also the lead is so short I have had to move my dryer to make it fit otherwise would have to use an extension which is not ideal. I have given 2 stars as the washing is clean but soaking wet but feel I have been over generous with that. As you can tell I hate this machine and would research more in the future. "

"Please piece at bottom easily knocked off. Dial un necessarily sticks out. But easy to use draw has good attachment and layout. Quiet as soon as level. Would recommend "
