"This machine is a lifesaver and works great.
I had previously got a tumble dryer of this brand so I went for this ActiveCare Hotpoint 9kg washing machine and I do not regret it one bit. After putting it into place I started a load straight away, not reading instructions carefully, which resulted in me being scared the washing machine was about to explode lol I forgot to take out the transport bolts that protect the drum from moving too much, so that’s why my washing machine was shaking and moving so much. After doing so everything went smooth and I love the way it washes and drains the clothes. You can personalise a lot when choosing your program such as temp, duration, spin speed. I mostly use the Mixed and the Eco 40/60 and let me tell you… best washing machine I’ve had so far and plan on having for many years.
Recommend this size to anyone with children or who likes to wash duvets and blankets."

"I have an open plan small house. It's quite enough to live with when it's running. Easy to use. With enough programs without being overly complicated for even the youngest person in your house to use. Does a good job with washing & get clothes drier than my old machine. I wasnt too bothered about it having the freshen up steam setting but glad I have it as it works well."
