After being unable to get the first freezer we ordered into our house, the delivery guys were so helpful and friendly, then customer services talked me through the reorder process and managed to arrange next day delivery at no extra cost. Second fridge freezer arrived and we managed to get it in through our awkward doorways!
The product itself is excellent! The configuration inside the fridge and freezer really maximises the available space. Super quiet when running. Fast cool/freeze option meant it got up and running and to temp quickly. Door alarm is fantastic so no more incidents of son leaving the freezer open after digging out his ice creams!! If fridge door is left open and no response to the audible alarm the light in the fridge also starts flashing.
