"Great product. Works fine. No issues at all in last 5 months since purchase. Wash and dry cycles are very effective, cloths are coming out clean. no damage to cloths at all "

"Huge disappointment. We bought this replace a similar machine that had worked faultlessly for 14 years. This machine failed just after two months from purchase and Samsung can't even send somebody to look at it for 3 weeks. We have no idea how long it will take to actually get a repair."

"This washing machine is stylish to look at and quiet when working. There is a lovely little tune that plays to let you know that the cycle has finished
There are many programs available to choose from and you can also select temperatures and extra spin within the programs."
