"Great machine. Very quiet and enough programs whatever the wash"
"Only 4* left for reasons I will explain later. It's tempting to leave less because the machine infuriates me every time I touch it, but apart from that it is quite a good machine.
It washes well and in a timely manner, particularly in mixed load. Generally quiet when running. The eco bubble takes some getting used to as background noise, but it seems to work well.
I am nervous about the door seal after reading other reviews. Time will tell as to what will happen there.
Now the bad news. If you are easily irritated by pointless noises, DO NOT buy this machine. Every time you press a button or turn the dial, it makes a stupidly loud beep. Each button makes a different tone. Unlike earlier versions, you CANNOT turn the noise off. All you can do is silence the irritating end of cycle wash tune. According to Samsung (I contacted them) this was at the request of customers. I told them politely I thought they were lying. This is the most irritating washing machine I have every owned. Every silver lining has a cloud.
But it washes well.
