"Good washing machine and I got it on offer. Does what it say on the box. Booble soak option very good had a stains I could not get removed and after using that option stains gone. Quiet and good washing machin. "

"It came with an earth fault which kept tripping the main RCD. It then developed a further fault where the door locked and wouldn't open or drain. Samsung have taken more than 2 months to come out to repair it."

"Love the washing machine but the info page has a video about the bubble function. To this time I'm still not sure if you can turn it on or not but the machine itself says it's not supported. I'm yet to send an email to ask. Took us a while to figure out that it doesn't like washing tablets/pods and prefers you to use liquid. Again, I've not yet figured out how to turn this off, but just been putting water in the detergent drawer until I do and a washing tablet in the drum! I'm using a lot less fabric conditioner yet my clothes smell fresher which I like."

"Really happy with this product. Automatic sensing means it adjusts the amount of washing detergent it uses. Lots of different programmes and really quiet spin. "
