"So far, so good with the machine. Delivery was brilliant, installation was easy.
Quieter than our previous machine and it turns itself off after finishing a cycle, it plays a serenading little tune at the end of a cycle which means I can differentiate it from all the other beeps in the house.
Flap for adding a late addition is a god send."
"Really like the settings on this one once you get used to it. My last washing machine you had to push a button each time you wanted to delay an hour, with this one you can twist the dial until the time you want it finished. Much better! It learns your favourite washes and shows them first. Loads of options and the quick wash function is brilliant. Not loud or shakey which is great. Obviously being able to pause and put any forgotten socks or capsules in is a bonus.
Overall, for the price it is just what our small family needed. So far all the washes have been great.

"A great washing machine, size is much larger than my previous 7kg machine, and has worked efficiently so far.
The addwash is such a useful feature that I've already used multiple times in the month or so I've had the machine. Well worth the cost.
The app is a bit of a gimmick, but having a notification on my phone is useful if I don't hear the machine song.
Only wish is that I could turn the song volume down rather than just on or off, as it's quite loud in my small kitchen and scares my cats. But just a tiny annoyance."

"The clothes certainly come out clean but this machine has difficulty balancing a load when it is about to spin. It can only take one medium dressing gown anything else in the drum with it and it will not spin.
The machine sits on a tiled floor and it is leve but l when it is about to spin it bangs and rattles yet it is supposed to be quiet and good for open plan kitchens."
