The tune it plays when the wash cycle has finished is quite loud and if the dryer finishes around the same time can be a little annoying

"Not had this machine long but very happy with it's performance so far. Find it super quiet. Time taken for a mixed wash is just over the hour and because of the 1400rpm spin, items are so much quicker to dry. It does 'sing a bit' at the start and end of a programme but I'm sure there's a way to shorten this, I just haven't bothered so far :) Haven't used the add item drawer as yet but positive that will come and reading the instructions this feature seems easy to use. If you happen to lean across the front for any reason it's easy to turn the machine on by mistake which is a bit annoying but nothing major. All in all, no disappointments just happiness at having another very efficient machine from Samsung. My last one lasted 13years, hopefully this one will last at least the same."
"My wife loves the product. It’s so simple and straight forward to use and the fact she can control it from her phone allowing her to be anywhere in the house is brilliant. The sock drawer is a fantastic addition as well and we never realised how much we need one of this in our lives."

"My washing machine arrived and I am so pleased with my chosen purchase. It does just what it says it does, ok haven’t used all the cycles and truth be told, I may never use them, but the cycles that I do use, great, it measures the size of your load, so no more shouting at kids for washing just 2 tracksuits. "
