"Be careful, better not to buy.I have been calling for 3 months asking for a solution to my problem.The washing machine knocks and makes noise when spinning. Of course, the samsung team doesn't see the problem, they even tell me it's my fault because I put too much in laundry to the drum, have suggested, among others In the towel program, I am supposed to wash one large towel or 3 small ones, but the engineer said that it is best not to wash towels?? Now when I do laundry I'm weigh everything on the kitchen scale.The problem has not gone away. After the last two-hour conversation the solution to the problem will be to send me a link with the user manual and I received instructions how to use washing machine??. Twice there was engineer who said it was balance and that the washing machine is new, it should work perfectly just it's "fussy" and the next time he's supposed to come I'll have to pay £90. I did not expect that for such a price and Samsung brand?? The worst support team I've ever met. They blame me, make excuses and do nothing about it. From what I can see, there is still a long way ahead of me, maybe I will finally succeed and they will admit that I received a defective product and eventually they will repair or replace the washing machine. "
