"Overall a great washing machine. The smart tech including load assessment and automatic detergent/conditioner work incredibly well. The wifi aspect of the machine has its benefits: setting delayed end and being able to amend/pause this remotely is a great feature, as is the push notification when the cycle ends, but there’s a lot of manual input required to get to that stage who feels a bit counterintuitive. For example, to set the machine to Smart Control you must turn it on, activate smart mode and then close the door before finishing the set up on your phone. Although manual input is going to be necessary (as much as I’d love a self-loading/emptying machine), I expected simply closing the door to be enough to then ‘wake’ the machine and complete the set up via the app. It’s not a massive issue and I’m getting used to it, but it seems like there are more steps than necessary which can mean manually using the machine makes more sense. That said, the washing comes out clean, smelling amazing and the range of programs is brilliant, including cloudy day and hygiene steam. It’s not silent but I think part of that is down to the machine not being fully level, but it’s a number of levels above previous machines and feels futuristic as well as stylish. "

"To be honest our old washer was still running but we decided to swap it as we were replacing our old broken dryer and the new machines are more efficient anyway oh and I forgot 'The Wife wanted the washer to match the dryer' No Contest then :-)
We are well pleased with the washer which also has a wireless smart function which if you want to use it you can set your wash cycle via the app on the phone and send it to the machine which for some people will find it easier to use but my wife's generation it is some kind of magic to stay away from and avoid.
Only had the machine a short time but overhaul we like it along with the Samsung 5 year Guarantee
Only Negative for feedback - The user manual for this machine is very edited and limited and leaves many gaps on using it leaving us scraping out heads a few times - however - looking on the Samsung Website there was a full install and user manual unedited which had all this info - Why is it the full install and user guide not supplied?"

"There's hardly any instructions. I've got no idea how to use it. Can't find a timer/ start delay. Very annoying, keeps telling me I'm low on detergent when I'm not, and awful bleeps when it's finished. I regret getting it."

"Amazing, you can see the benefits straightaway, less water and detergents. Compared to our old machine it feels like our washing is being done by a professional company. Don’t hesitate buy one.
