"This is the quietest washing machine I have ever owned. My home is open plan and even on a spin cycle this machine does not interfere with TV watching.
The various wash programmes are excellent, especially the 15 minute quick wash.
Haven't used the WiFi programming yet."

"When I first got this washing machine I was very impressed! 6 months later the problems started. I’m sure fly on my 6th replacement machine. They either come damaged on delivery or I get a fault with the drum. I’ve had two machines which have needed two drums replacing, I’ve had a door seal needing replacing because the water comes out while on a wash. I’ve had a new stereo in the machine as that went. I’ve had some other parts in the machine needing replacing. Samsung don’t like to replace they like the just repair the machine even when it’s only 6 months old! I did finally get a replacement machine which was delivered in Jan this year. Come April the drum has gone. It took them 4 weeks to get someone to come out and out and have a look at the machine. Which I was told the door seal gone and also needs a new drum. This machine was only 3 months old as I got it the end of Jan. then I had to wait for parts and then I had an email to say they closed the case. So I’ve been without a washing machine since April. It’s now June. You also get a 5 year warranty on it, but it shouldn’t go after 3 months needing replacement parts!"

"This washing machine appears to be amazing. Only had it a short while but indications are it's a keeper. The smart feature has even got our boys keen to do their washing because it lets you know when the cycle is finished on your phone and in some cases on the TV if you're watching it. The auto dispense is a great feature too and avoids putting in too much detergent and softener. Has many settings which we have yet to try out but we will.
The only downside is the auto dispense only works with liquid detergent and not powder. Powder can be used but you need to turn off the auto dispense and fill the powder tray instead. Even thouh that was initially a pain, once we'd got the liquid it was quickly forgotten about. l recommend this machine to anyone.
