"Quiet machine and large door. Unlike my previous machine I am able to change the amount of rinses and temperatures with different programs. It plays music when the program is finished which is useful. I just have to get used to the door, as I've been knocking my knee on it because it isn't as flat as my previous machine."

"it washes clothes but boy does it make a noise when spinning, the drum bangs on the side casing whatever the load. SAMSUNG have looked at it twice and said there is nothing wrong. We bought this machine after reading reviews on the quietness of the product. Not the one we have and no-one at AO can help. Big mistake as far as we are concerned so no more buys from AO for us."
