Excellent product and excellent customer service.

"This is the 2nd Samsung Washing Machine that I have bought from ao.com. The first one lasted many years and was reliable and smart to look at. It even plays a tune to you when the programme has finished - although you can disable this if you wish to. I like it so much, I replaced it with the identical (newer) model. I would highly recommend this Samsung product! Five star all the way! "

"Love our new washing machine! Clothes have come out nice and clean with shorter cycles than our previous machine. It’s also pretty quiet compared to our last machine. I also love the look of it! "

Brilliant appliance we have had before for over 10 years so it was a great relief to see that we could upgrade to a new version. Work’s perfect and we know we will have another 10 years of service from this appliance
