"Wonderful machine. Frustrated that the video that went along on the website showed an auto dosing system which it doesn’t have. Very quiet in my opinion. Other reviewers weren’t lying when they said the finish tune goes on too long… feels like a good 30 seconds… might get annoying. Looks wonderful, functions are great. I like the app as if you put in what items you are planning to wash it gives you the correct settings and sends them to the machine itself. As soon as you press play it uses those settings. App is accurate at notifying finishing time. Love to be lazy and look from wherever I am in the house how long it will be rather than to go to the machine and check!! Would buy again but wouldn’t buy from AO again as they had false advertising and wouldn’t correct the error other than to take the machine back and refund or give £35 back which ignores the inconvenience of waiting for the machine and it being wrong and the fact I had literally no clean clothes at that point and so couldn’t be without a machine for any longer. Feel they should of taken back the machine and given me a machine which had all of the functions this one did and the autodosing at no extra cost to myself as a solution to this as it was their fault they marketed it wrong. "

"GREAT PRODUCT, THIS IS MY SECOND ONE, FIRST ONE LASTED 6 YEARS WITHOUT PROBLEMS, THEN WE BROKE IT, UNIT DID NOT FAIL, HENCE THE REASON FOR BUYING AN UPDATED UNIT WITH A BIGGER LOAD CAPACITY.
CANT FAULT SAMSUNG AT ALL."
