"Frustrating that the device does not come in English and the Samsung helpdesk was not overly useful but after 30 minutes and some google translate we were able to set it up. - I got frustrated that no one else told me how to solve it. Take a photo on your phone and use Google lens and this will give you the most accurate English translation. You need to get into the second set of menus via the hand button and there is then a tab for language.
Since then been the perfect machine and extremely quiet. Would recommend for anyone with open plan living. Wifi element not overly useful. You can set the type of wash from your phone but not start it (as far as I can make out)"

"Seems to be great so far, only had it a week, very smart and learns your washing patterns, connects to an app which is very handy, lots of settings to change each and every programme, adapts detergent and water amount to each load or change it to manually add your own, looks very sleek too."

"Reliable and user-friendly with an ingenius door flap, which allows you to put additional laundry in the machine during a wash programme. This is a perfect washing machine for large families like our family. The machine is quite quiet, while on a wash cycle. We're fond of the happy little tune the machine plays, when a wash programme has finished."
"The washing arrive with a very good condition but when I switched on the power button, it started display foreign language which should not be as I have purchase from UK. Therefore, I had to take help from google translator and discover that it was installed Danish language. Finally sorted out the language settings use translator and Wi-Fi connectivity is not straight forward. Samsung should put focus on end user flexibility for simple task not making sophisticated for ordinary people if they would like to increase product sales. "
