"The washing machine is very good, has a nice little jingle it does when the washing cycle is finished. The app is really cool and easy to use, able to choose exactly the items in your load and it chooses the best cycle for them. Auto dose is very handy, let’s you know when low and items come out smelling fresh, clean and soft as it chooses correct amount. "

"Great washing machine and well worth the money - the drum is massive, and the clothes come out clean. It looks after the clothes too. I had an issue trying to change the language to English which is the only reason I've not given it the full 5 stars. I'd reccomend."

"Great washing machine, love the add wash device as forever forgetting to put things in. It is expensive yes but it looks expensive, it is unbelievably quiet and the auto dosing is great and the clothes come out smelling lovely every time. Great product "

"A great machine. Lovely and quiet even on the spin. Spin cycle very efficient, laundry much drier than our old machine on same spin setting. Has a reservoir for detergent and will automatically add correct amount for the size of load & programme - just put in settings for water hardness etc. Just fill it up and forget about it - we are going through much less detergent! Will tell you when machine needs cleaned and has a programme for that too - and you don’t need to add a cleaner. Wide range of programmes . Only issue was the lack of a proper instruction book (the one page sheet was very poor) but managed to locate and download on internet - you will need this to work out how to work the machine. Apparently can also control from an app on your phone - not sure why you would want to since the app won’t load the machine..."

"We Have Always owned Samsung products and have been very impressed with the quality of Samsung . This machine on spin is so quiet you some times wonder if it’s even on ,The design for a washing machine looks good ,and the materials don’t look cheap like on some machines, it looks better in person than the image displays on the computer .Very happy with it , glad we went with Samsung again."
