"Having now had the machine for a couple of weeks, all functions are as advertised, and zero problems to date. We love the automated dosing feature for example. Programs can take quite a long time, however the faster programs are very effective."

"Very nice looking machine , great that it weighs for drying so nothing is over or under dried. The only problem so far and I feel its a big problem is the controls . The instructions were on one sheet of paper and not in English. I still don’t understand the controls 2 weeks on and it’s still trial and error! "

"I know I’m getting old when I get excited about a kitchen appliance! This has been a great purchase, I struggle to find time to wash and dry clothes, so this has been a godsend. It’s extremely simple to set up and use, plays me a little tune once it’s done(which can be turned off) and has the added benefit of WiFi connection, which means I can start a wash from my phone and monitor how it is doing. The machine calibrates upon first turning on, any subsequent washes/dries the machine will weigh how much is in and adjust the time to match if required. I believe it gives you the max time, but reduces this depending on how much is in the machine. The product is a little deeper than my units, but this is something I knew beforehand and had measured up so isn’t an issue."
