"Looks nice, plenty of settings to choose. However leaks on arrival and now arguing between manufacturer issue or ao to replace. So have to wait over a week for an engineer to turn up and then another week to sort issue for parts or replacement. Paid 800 for a machine I can't use properly and now have a machine in middle of kitchen with a young child "

"I’ve only had it one week, but so far so good. It’s a lot quieter than the Samsung model it replaces. Takes a little while to get to understand the settings, but quite easy.
I would buy again, definitely. "

"I love my new washing machine (and this is the first washing machine I have ever bought! Adulting is scary) I find it rather simple to use, does a great job. I live a small one bed flat on the first floor, with no outside space, so the washing drying function is awesome and it does a great job.
I do have to be cautious not to run such a big cycle, as otherwise the drying function isnt as good.
The long cycle times can be a little annoying, but I tend to put it on overnight, and then in the morning I have clean dry clothes.
I was abit of a wolly didnt consider the sizing aswell, either I have an abnormally small kitchen (Probably) or the washing machine is just slightly longer than normal.. or its a bit of both. It does stick out considerably from the space allocated.

"I know nothing before coming into this other than the fact I wanted a washer dryer as my first one of these and I had a budget, when I purchased this it came with a decent warranty and it has a good capacity at 9kg/6kg. The smart functionality is alright, remotely starting it can have some benefit but I am more a fan of the delayed start and the fact you can see the progress.
Downloading and setup on SmartThings was easy, took about 5 minutes and I can see the status, time left and capacity.
I am not sure if the whole storage of laundry liquid thing is a gimmick, and honestly if you only use tablets or powder this probably isn’t for you, but watching a few reviews before buying and afterwards I really like the interface and I am always worried about putting in too much or too little detergent so the fact it does it for me is great.
Noise wise I would say it is quieter than some, and cannot hear it through the house. If you have echo devices this can be set up to tell you when it is finished or it sings the usual Samsung song at the end of it"
