"Turns out our old smaller damaged washing machine is better than this. Whilst drying socks will 90% of the time. End up sitting in the rim of the door and thus don't get dried properly. When draining after a wash children's socks will get sucked through into the filter blocking the machine and causing an error. But trying to empty this filter is impossible when this has happened without flooding your kitchen because it is of course at the very bottom of the machine hidden behind a small push click door. If it ever gets blocked the machine makes more noise than anything I've ever heard.
That being said, it's a stylish machine and it is very quiet when it's working properly. Just don't wash any small socks in this and you might be alright. "

"A good washer dryer with a decent selection of cycles. Very quiet while running. Most programs run for a few hours (other than 15 min fast wash) so it's better to run this at night (or when you're out during the day)."
