"Great product, very quiet in use. Looks great in the kitchen. Wifi functions leave a little to be desired. Sending a program to the machine from the app then requires you to go to the machine and press start. Also cannot send to machine unless machine is powered on and you don’t seem to be able to power on remotely through the app. "

"Only had the machine for 22 days and I have had to call Samsung as the machine has already gone faulty. Unable to connect to WiFi, (been working fine), machine turns off whenever it feels like it (even in middle of a cycle) After a factory reset, the drum will no longer calibrate as machine turns off during setup. Not a great start to an expensive washing machine. Waiting to hear back from Samsung. But in the meantime, no working machine = no washing."
