"Delivery and communication throughout the buying process was first class. Only had the dryer a week but it’s already done plenty of work and dries clothes well and quickly. Really smart looking unit too. Very happy with it"
"I was really put off when reading these heat pump tumble driers as they all say it takes longer to dry, which in turns seems to mean that it uses more energy.
However, I genuinely think that in comparison to my previous dryer which was 6 years old this one outperforms it every time and is the most efficient from an energy perspective.
I’ve gone from seriously worried to an advocate in the space of a single tumble dry!
No hesitation in buying this heat pump type or the brand it’s absolutely superb.

"Samsung Series 9 Heat pump out standing great machine, tech is great and easy to use so far not had long so getting use to programs settings works very well as one example towels dry really fluffy as the setting says would and will buy another when the time comes, hard to think how better the future models will get. great machine so far."
