Experience marred by delivery and dimensions

"Ordered a TV from AO, next day delivery. Unfortunately the day and time slot went by, with no TV arriving. A couple of days later, our neighbour told us they had a parcel for us, which was the TV. Why no delivery note from the delivery company?

Also, the TV is advertised as being less than 10mm thick. This is not the case. The edges are less than 10mm thick, but the centre is 25mm+. Disappointing, although the TV works perfectly, the experience was spoiled by the delivery and dimensions!"
