"Delivery on time with very helpful delivery crew.
I have had Philips items years ago and found that they are still good quality.
The TV has both quality picture and sound out of the box but visit youtube and you will find how to change settings for an even better viewing experience. I have a sound bar connected but found that the TV speakers alone have a great sound. Would recommend this TV and use AO again."
